6 HEAD MACHINE For Denibbing Three Sides of Profile Continuous Feed

Using brushing heads for denibbing mouldings and profiles can be easily be justified when
compared to profiled wheels on running costs alone. Because brushes readily conform to the
profile shape no time is used up preparing the denibbing heads before putting them into
production. The leading edge of the moulding has to be protected using a gradient blank to
prevent it being worn away. Speeds of upto 20+ metres per minutes are easily achieved.
The brushes are able to denib 20,000 to 100,000 metres depending on grit and type of substrate.
The latest fill of Silicon Carbide grit is proving to give improve finish and performance.
