with segmented edges are very versatile tools. The diamond segment is fastened perfectly to the
wheel body by laser welding virtually eliminating segment chipping and maximising safety for the
user. Short cooling-off periods increase service life and ensure superior cutting, resulting in lower
costs for the user.

Diamond Cutting Blades are high-performance tools subject to extreme stress when in use. In the
interest of safety the following recommendations should be observed:-

Always observe the rotational direction for the blade as indicated by the directional arrow

Do not operate the machine without its protective guard

The cutting blade must be guided gently and exactly without applying undue pressure

Do not tilt the blade but guide it parallel to the cutting direction

Never allow the blade to overheat

The wheel spindle and the flange of the machine must be in perfect condition in order to
avoid unbalance which has considerable influence on the life expectancy of the wheel

The peripheral speed is max. 80 or 100 M/sec. Respectively; the optimum speed can be
below this figure depending on the material being worked.

Incorrect use and overheating of the cutting blade can result in the loss of individual
diamond segments or the diamond coating breaking up
