Non Woven Abrasive Wheels
Efficient method for light denibbing of MDF edges on off hand single spindle machines

Lipprite Non Woven Abrasive Flap Wheels
Various grades of synthetic fibre and abrasive grit Alox & SiC are combined and bonded with a
special resin firmly fixing to the grit particles to the non woven fibres. The resulting marerial is
mounted as flaps to a phenolic resin core to produce log rolls which are slit to width.
Alox grades 36, 80, 100, 180, 280
SiC grades 100, 180, 280, 500, 800, 1500
Density, Soft, Medium, Hard, Very Hard
Lipprox Grit Impregnated Fibre Wheels
A relatively new product which is made from a non woven nylon as reinforcing material which has
been wound round a phenolic tube and foamed to act as the carrier for grit. The wheels are
available in Alox and SiC grit, Open and closed structure and a range of hardness.

SiC grades 100, 180, 280, 500, 800, 1500
Density, Soft, Medium, Hard, Very Hard
e.g. For use on MDF Denibbing use Silicon carbide with fine structure and 100 grit.
