The above are designed to be used on motors running at speeds up to 1500RPM. Fixed above
or below a table with or without a conveyor.
A further use for this type of sanding system is for sanding on CNC routers and similar
machining centres. Provided each head is dedicated to one profile and is maintained as a
matching tool to the cutter and has an accurately machined shaft, these heads are very
adaptable and give excellent results.

Air Blower with Magnetic Clamp
When these wheels are used with a feeder, the cutting surface is likely to become very hot with
continuous use. The use of an airblower to cool at the interface helps to control this problem
and prevent burning. The magnetic base has an articulated arm with rotary lock.
