Latest Development 60% + solids after activation. High build system for two coat and three coat systems.

ACID CATALYSED HIGH SOLIDS EPA COMPLIANT
New A/C range which uses a basecoat for clarity as the build is very high. Two coat system is
normally enough to achieve a very good finish. The film formed using these materials enjoys the
benefits of excellent build and very good flow despite being very high solids. The basecoat can
be used with mixed systems such as A/C N/C Compliant and water based finishes and is an
excellent material to seal MDF. However it is important to ensure the material is fully cured and
applied in good conditions to achieve through hardening prior to sanding and recoat.

Because of its high build denibbing should be done with at least 320 grit to avoid fine surface
scratching Use Siafast Siasoft Discs and Strips

Apply using Conventional Air and Air Assisted Systems. At normal temperatures after activation
the material atomises easily without further thinning.
Use on Domestic and High Quality Furniture and to meet requirements of EPA.
