Nitrocellulose Standard&High Performance
Good allround performance materials with a particular benefit of very good moisture resistance with High Performance Lacquers

GRANYTE STANDARD & HIGH PERFORMANCE CELLULOSE LACQUERS and ENAMELS

For use on Reproduction and Quality Domestic Furniture. Stained and filled finishes with
matching colour enjoy high clarity with a very pleasant patination to the finish. The finish does
suffer from light scratching if not treated with care. High performance does have a significant
benefit over some precatalysed finishes with very good moisture resistance and is very good for
areas such as Bathrooms and Kitchens.
These materials look best on filled surfaces as with all cellulose does tend to bridge the grain.

Any type of stain or filler can be used underneath cellulose which accepts colour matching very
well. Available in tinted lacquer if required.

Apply by conventional spray, air assisted airless, barrelling, dipping.
To improve hold out use Precat Sealer.
Use the recommended thinner to give finishes free from orange peel and bloom. To remove the
problem of overspray incorporation an addition of 2 - 3% retarder which should also be used on
very humid conditions. Pullover works very well with both these systems
