Calendered and Extruded PVC in White, Colours & Woodgrain

PVC EDGEBANDING MATERIALS

ESP Marketing has access to a comprehensive range of PVC Edgebanding in a variety of
thicknesses and widths of calendered and extruded materials.
The range of edging reflects customer demand and the need to match colours of major board
manufacturers such as Caberboard, Egger, Glunz, Hornitex, Kronospan, Sonae etc.

PVC is mainly the choice of shopfitters, manufacturers of office furniture and laboratory furniture.
Calendered material is slit from roll widths from 19mm with thicknesses 0.4 - 3.0mm. White and
colours are made from base material and woodgrains are three print colours over the appropriate
base colour.
Extruded PVC is available from 15 to 50mm wide with thicknesses 0.8 - 5.0mm with smooth or
textured surface for single colours. PVC Woodgrains are produced from foil rolled on to a
single/dual colour base. For more sophisticated edges PVC Throughwood matches
the surface print with the edge when trimmed.
